No silly, it takes place right after Christmas. Easter is in March/April.

Cool, this was something I half expected after case 7. Can you tell us if Ben stays in Rome for case 8 or will he travel somewhere else?

There is the magical clock that really tells the time!! Hooray for details. Did I drunkenly forget that the series ends on NYday? How could I forget such important details whilst drunk!?

He only travels between London and Paris, which takes just a couple of hours. The longest trip is Rome to London, which takes up most of December 29th.

Nice present that is! The new background technique works very nicely. I thought you had reached the ultimate GK-ness with case 7 but I can already see that case 8 will probably top it, which is great.

Not speaking for Grundislav, but I didn't miss the narrator's voice at all. The character voices worked wonderfully in case 7 and added a lot to the game. But a narrator voice HAS to be perfect as it would be heard so frequently. Also, the narration would require another huge voice acting job, probably bigger than the Ben Jordan role itself. IMO it's not worth it.

Congratulations to 4 AGS Awards for BJ7, Grundislav! They were well earned. Now of course we expect even greater things from BJ8... ;-)
